Chasing the seats

How it works:

• Submit your name, phone number, WhatsApp number and email address (optional) on the ‘Chasing the seats’ page and we’ll:
  • Call non-existing King Price clients for a commitment-free comprehensive car insurance quote (minimum monthly premium of R650+).
  • Refer existing King Price clients to our self-service portal (SSP) for a commitment-free insurance quote for any additional cover added to your existing policy.
• You’re not obliged to accept the quote to enter the competition.
• Non-existing clients: Once you’ve submitted your details on the landing page, we’ll send you an OTP (one-time password) via SMS to enter on the landing page.
• Existing clients won’t need an OTP to enter as the SSP will confirm the entry.
• The winner will be chosen via a random draw.
• If you’re a winner, we’ll call you with the details required to claim your prize. Please see more info below under ‘The tough stuff’.

Who can enter:

• Anyone who’s over 18 and is a SA citizen or permanent resident of SA with a valid ID (except for King Price staff, family, and suppliers).
• The competition is open to entrants who are in possession of an active commitment-free comprehensive car insurance quote. Existing King Price clients must click on the self-service portal (SSP) link provided on the competition entry form and obtain a valid commitment-free quote for any additional cover added to their existing policy to qualify.
• An active quote is a quote not older than 30 days.

The tough stuff:

• This competition runs from 7 August 2026 to 1 September 2026. We reserve the right to extend/shorten the duration of the competition without notice.
• By giving us your details, you agree to receive a call from us for a commitment-free comprehensive car insurance quote with a minimum value of R650 (non-King Price clients), or if you’re already a King Price client, you can get your commitment-free quote for any additional item to be added to your existing policy via our SSP. Remember… No quote = no entry.
• By giving us your details, you give us permission to receive communication from us via WhatsApp, SMS, email and our call centre; and to use your name, photo and video on social media should you be a winner.
• The winner may be required to provide a copy of a valid South African ID and any other information reasonably required to verify eligibility and facilitate prize fulfilment.
• 1 winner will be drawn.
• We’ll announce the winner on 2 September 2026.
• The winner will receive 2 premium tickets to the Springboks vs. All Blacks rugby match at FNB Stadium on 5 September 2026.
• The prize consists of tickets only. Transport, accommodation, parking, food, refreshments, beverages, merchandise and any other costs associated with attending the event aren’t included and will be for the winner’s own account.
• The winner must answer our call to confirm acceptance of the prize. If there is no answer, an alternative winner may be selected.
• We reserve the right to remove any entries that are deemed to be fraudulent or dishonest. We’re entitled, at our absolute and sole discretion and without notice, to change or modify these T’s & C’s and reject entries from entrants who act outside the fair spirit of the promotion.
• By entering the competition, you agree that we’re in no way responsible for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from participation in the competition or for any technical malfunctions, failures, or delays whatsoever.
• You can’t lodge a claim against us for defects to the validity of this promotion, data, or other electronically transmitted info regarding this promotion.
• King Price isn’t responsible for any postponement, cancellation, rescheduling or venue change of the event by the organisers.
